Preservation 4Culture is delighted to announce its second-annual Landmark Challenge Grant recipients! Eight local landmarks will receive $127,500 in funding for “bricks and mortar” projects, contributing to over two million dollars worth of preservation activity throughout King County.
4Culture’s Landmark Challenge Grants fund repairs, restoration, and rehabilitation of private and public sites, structures, objects and landscapes, and is open to all properties officially designated as city, county or national landmarks. This year’s recipients include a train station, railcar, farmhouse, church, fraternal hall, residential spaces and a well-known community center.
