Springboard is a five month program, supported by 4Culture, designed to help small & mid-sized arts and cultural organizations address issues like: improving business operations, increasing revenues, building audiences, and strengthening governance. The program includes an organizational assessment, cohort meetings with local arts experts, a half day seminar, and working with a consultant team to develop a plan for addressing whatever is limiting the organization’s sustainability and success. Most activities well occur between January and June 2010.
Springboard is provided by Executive Service Corps (ESC) in cooperation with Claudia Bach of AdvisArts. Program fees for the program are on a sliding scale and start at only $750 for a team of three people, thanks to the support of funders including 4Culture.
