As ballots arrive in King County/Seattle mailboxes, I thought some of you would find it handy to know that some of the candidates have recently published policy statements about arts and culture. For those following the Seattle mayoral race, you can read statements by Mike McGinn here and here, and Joe Mallahan here.
Also, word has it that Seattle Channel will be podcasting interviews with the Seattle Mayoral candidates later this week. Stay tuned for more info about that.
Has anyone seen any policy statements about arts or heritage from the King County Exec Candidates, Susan Hutchison or Dow Constantine?
UPDATE (10/21/09): The Seattle Office of Arts and Cultural Affairs reports that the arts and culture Q&As with the Seattle mayoral candidates have been posted on Seattle Channel…

The Heritage Advisor (AKCHO newsletter) invited both Susan Hutchison and Dow Constantine to submit statements outlining their positions on historic preservation and heritage issues in King County. You can read their response at http://www.akcho.org/advisor/index.php
