I know the New Year is almost upon us, but before you pack up the holiday decorations and get on with 2010, 4CTV invites you to take a load off, grab a cup of cocoa, and watch the 4CTV episode of Seattle Choral Company’s “A Cathedral Christmas” recently recorded at St. Marks Cathedral. The program begins with Benjamin Britten’s medieval-sounding A Ceremony of Carols for treble voices and harp. Then the holiday mood shifts to our own era with colorful and exciting arrangements of familiar carols by Vaughan Williams, Michael McGlynn, David Maddux, ad Jackson Berkey.
