Artist Jim Blashfield shows how he developed Circulator, his artwork for the Environmental Education Center at Brightwater. The wastewater treatment plant will open in September, when visitors will be able to experience Blashfield’s multi-media installation in the lobby of the EEC through screens mounted on the wall and a porthole embedded in the floor. In the practice of public art, the process can be as fascinating as the outcome. Thanks Jim!

This is awesome! What a creative project, and visually stimulating. Wow. I would visit just to see this.
